- Employees of Bayer Corporation that are specifically named in the BHFCU Charter.
- Immediate family of existing members.
- Individuals who live, work, worship or attend school in, or businesses and other legal entities located in:

- Tyler County, WV
- Monroe County, OH
- Wetzel County, WV
- Individuals who live, work, worship or attend school in, or businesses and other legal entities located in specific areas* of the following counties:
- Marshall County, WV
- Berkeley County, WV
- Belmont County, OH
- Licking County, OH
- Berkeley County, SC
- Charleston County, SC
- Muskingum County, OH
- Harris County, TX
*Specific Areas: Please contact your local branch of the Credit Union for specific areas in the listed counties.

AMERICAN CONSUMER COUNCIL
If you would like to become a member of the American Consumer Council (ACC), you may now join the credit union! When you apply for membership in BHFCU, select the option, "I would like to qualify by joining through the American Consumer Council". This will give us permission to process and enroll you into the ACC. There is no additional cost to you for joining the ACC. You can learn more about the ACC here.
