Delete my Online/Mobile Banking Access
Please call 1-800-272-6003 to request the deletion of your BHFCU online/mobile banking access.
Upon your request, the following data within your online/mobile banking profile is subject to deletion:
- Online/Mobile Banking log-in information (username, password, security/challenge questions)
- Online/Mobile Banking enrollment and login data
- Online/Mobile Banking registered devices
- Online/Mobile Banking activity logs
Certain data may be retained for reasons such as security, fraud prevention, and/or regulatory compliance. For additional information pertaining to what Bayer Heritage FCU does with your personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.
Note: This process is to delete your online and mobile access only and will not close your BHFCU accounts.
